Cancellation Policies for readings.

NO REFUNDS after services have been received.

REFUNDS for services can only be received if you cancel 48hours before your appointment. (Or the date you are scheduled to receive services.)

YOU MAY RESCHEDULE your appointment to the next available date if you reschedule 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Ashley has a 48-hour (prior to your appointment) cancellation policy without a fee.

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment, then you will be charged 25% of your appointment fee.
If you cancel 24 hours or less in advance of your appointment, then you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
If you do not call at all to let us know that you are unable to make the appointment then we will charge you for the full value of the appointment.

ALSO: Due to Ashley’s full schedule, if you are going to be more then 10 minutes late for your appointment, please contact the office of Ashtree. She will still need to finish at your scheduled time.
